Chase Bennett, DDS
Dr. Chase Bennett is a second-generation dentist growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he attended Oklahoma State University. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and then made the 90-mile trek south to attend the University Of Oklahoma College Of Dentistry. Dr. Bennett graduated from the College of Dentistry with very special distinction, and also completed an externship at the renowned Tufts University Dental School-Craniofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Center under the direction of Dr. Noshir Mehta in Boston, MA.

At a very young age Dr. Bennett was exposed to the expanding field of Craniofacial Pain and Sleep Disordered Breathing, as his father’s practice was limited to the treatment of these disorders. Dr. Bennett spent 9 years working under his father’s direction while he pursued advanced education in the fields of TMD, Craniofacial Pain and Sleep Disordered Breathing through Dr. Steven Olmos’ residency programs.

Dr. Bennett and Dr. Olmos successfully collaborated on research projects and patient care and it was not long before Dr. Olmos recognized Dr. Bennett’s passion for patients with these conditions. In the spring of 2012, Dr. Olmos encouraged Dr. Bennett to relocate and join him and the growing team at TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of San Diego.

Dr. Bennett says it was easy for him to make the decision to move and he quickly fell in love with San Diego. In his free time, he likes to scuba dive, play soccer, golf, ski, travel, read, and watch about any and all sports. All activities that allow him to be out in the beautiful San Diego weather are all right by him.

Dr. Bennett is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society,
San Diego County Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
