    Help me choose

Which course is right for me?

Not sure where to start? Our education administrator can map the year to your practice in a short call.

I'm new to TMD and sleep. Where should I start?
Start with the Mini Residency, the foundation course: screening, diagnostics, appliance selection and follow-up, now taught as ten live online sessions and two hands-on bootcamps near Cleveland, February to June 2027. If you would rather travel once, the Adjunct Mini Residency covers the same curriculum as a four-day in-person intensive, with Motor Nerve Reflex Testing on the fourth day.
I can't take months away from my practice. What are my options?
The Adjunct Mini Residency completes the program in one visit. The Hybrid Mini Residency moves the foundational learning online, on your own schedule, so the in-person time is spent on hands-on clinical skills. The Micro Residency and our other online courses are on demand.
I want to treat children's sleep and airway problems.
Pediatric OSA covers early identification and treatment of sleep-disordered breathing in children, from screening and working with sleep physicians on pediatric sleep studies to appliance delivery and adjunct therapies, with exams and deliveries on real patients. It runs over three sessions in New Orleans.
I've completed the Mini Residency. What comes next?
Motor Nerve Reflex Testing is the add-on course that follows the Mini Residency. Beyond individual courses, becoming a Centre adds mentorship, case review with other Centres and ongoing training.
I'm a physician, chiropractor or physical therapist. Can I attend?
Yes. Motor Nerve Reflex Testing is designed for dentists, physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, osteopaths and functional medicine providers, and the Adjunct Mini Residency has a registration option for MD, DC, PT, DO and other non-dental professionals.
Can my team attend with me?
Yes, and it is encouraged: the protocols are staff driven. Contact the education administrator to arrange attending as a team.
